there are many types of weightlifting such as weightlifting for fun or bodybuilding or even powerlifting. There are types of weightlifting such as olympic or training for compitition,the many types of exersises involved in weightlifting are the bench press,dumbell curls,barbell curls,preacher curls,lat pull downs,there are also seated rows,also there is the inclined bench press,shoulder press,hammer curls,all these exersises work different types of muscles.
