working out with out weights/if you don't have weights
there are many types of ways to work out with out weights there are push ups,or you can do tricep extensions by sitting down near a bench or chair and pushing yourself up and down several times. you can also work out your legs by having some one sit on your legs as you are lying down and pushing them away several times(not pushing them so they fall off but by pushing them so you can have some resistance),you can also work out if you don't have any weights by for example doing the laundry by carrying the laundry basket up the stairs or if you have 2 buckets you can fill them with rocks or cement and do bicep curls or if you have heavy tires lying around outside you can either carry them or flip them along the ground.these are just some examples of working out with out weights or if you have no weights available.
